I’ve never heard of Lankava. What is it?
Lankava is a Finnish family-run company that produces a wide variety of different kinds of yarn. You can learn more about the yarns we carry here.
How do I get free shipping?
During checkout, just enter the code FREESHIP into the coupon box, and click apply. This will make the Free Shipping option visible for you to choose from. Free shipping is available on the products I stock in my personal inventory. Print-to-order items are shipped by the fulfillment center closest to you, and do not qualify for free shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
We use mostly USPS Ground Advantage for our packages, and ship from zip code 30188. It usually takes 2-5 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number for your package.
When is your next sale?
The short answer is that I don’t run sales. My goal is to provide affordable wool yarn at all times. I’m also a very, very small business, so my overhead is a comparatively big expense. I don’t think it’s fair to raise my regular prices in order to be able to offer sales.
Do I need to set up an account?
An account is not required to place an order. You can set one up for easy access to digital products and your order history.
