Knit Along: Telesto by Audrey Borrego
Let's knit together!
I've been looking for something to use Lankava Helli merino yarn on, and I've finally decided on Telesto by Audrey Borrego. I want to make a t-shirt version for myself, and I'm inviting anyone who would like to make one to join in with me!
Telesto is a beautiful top with lacy mock cable and bobble details on the saddle drop shoulders, options for A-line or straight body, and a lovely V-neck. It can be knitted as a tee or a full sweater with long sleeves. The pattern has charts and written instructions, as well as video tutorials.
KAL Details
I will be casting on my Telesto on September 1, 2025.
I will be posting updates on my own progress, and hoping to see yours on my Facebook Group and in my Discord Server. These are also great places to ask questions and get help if you need it.
I don't have a specific end date for the KAL, I know everyone works at a different pace.
I will host virtual Stitch Sessions weekly, day and time TBD soon.

Sizes
The Telesto pattern has finished bust circumferences from 31 ½ - 63 ¾ inches (80 - 162 cm). For an A-line version, less or no ease is recommended. For a straight body, up to 4 inches (10 cm) of ease is recommended.

Yarn
Lankava Helli is a 100% Merino wool yarn in a sport-weight. It has been awarded the highest I-value according to the OEKO-Tex 100 standard. This means that the yarn has been tested as non-toxic and free from a number of skin irritants.
There are 12 gorgeous color options to choose from. Each skein has 191 yards (175 meters)
The amount of yarn needed depends on whether you want to make the tee version or the full sweater.

590 (635 / 680 / 732 / 795), (855 / 925 / 990 / 1075), (1160 / 1245 / 1330) yards
540 (580 / 620 / 670 / 725), (780 / 845 / 905 / 980), (1060 / 1135 / 1215) meters
