When will my order ship?

Your order will be packed and shipped within 2-3 days of us receiving it. If you're early and we're quick, it might make the same day's mail, but usually it goes out in the following day's mail.

Do you ship internationally?

I primarily ship within the USA. Because so many of our products are already imported from Europe and priced to include that expense, having them shipped back from the USA wouldn't make sense. For Canada, I can ship there, but with the ongoing tariff situation it's probably more economical to order directly from Europe.

I'm always happy to help you find the products more locally. Just reach out.

How do I get free shipping?

To receive free shipping your order must be $75 or more after any discounts, and you must enter the code "FreeShip" in the coupon box at checkout. 

Do you have a storefront?

I do not have a storefront at this time. I do occasionally attend events where you can see me and my products in person. 

Can I pick up in person?

I am happy to bring your order to you at a Sunday Stitch Session! Send me a message if you would like to make arrangements to do this. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order and have not yet received an email to say it has been fulfilled, send me a message and I'll be happy to help.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate shipping is $6.99 within the USA. At checkout you will also have the option to choose from additional shipping methods.  

What payments do you accept?

The website accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club; Apple Pay, Meta Pay, and Google Pay; PayPal, and Shop Pay from Shopify. At in-person events I also accept Venmo and Zelle payments.

Will my yarn be from the same dye lot?

As long as we have the number of skeins you've ordered in the same dye lot, that's what you'll get!

Do you offer classes?

At this time I do not offer any classes. If you come to a Stitch Session there will be plenty of people happy to help, and one of our regulars is always prepared to teach the basics. I'm also happy to answer questions and help out during Virtual Stitch Sessions. 

How accurate are the colors in your photos?

I strive to have as accurate pictures as possible, but the settings on different screens vary, and I don't have control over those settings. 

Do you sell wholesale?

At this time I don't have any products that I create myself that I could wholesale. 

I've never heard of some of your yarns, is there a way to try it?

At this time I do not offer samples. I almost always have some Lankava yarn with me at a Stitch Session.
