Refund policy

Overview

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging.

Gift cards, downloadable items, or magazines are not eligible for return.

To complete your return, you can fill out a request in your account.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank. While most refunds are processed within a few business days, the bank can take up to 30 days to apply the credit.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email me, and we will send you instructions for the return. If you would like to exchange for a different item, that would fall under a refund, and then you can purchase the other item you want.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, fill out a request in your account, and I will provide instructions.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
