These fun and cheerfully bright socks are knitted from cuff to toe. The pattern features one leg width, which is easy to adjust to your own size if needed, thanks to the forgiving background pattern. Large motifs have intentionally been left out near the round transition on both the leg and foot, making size adjustments even easier.
The Ew socks are built around a fairly traditional sock pattern. Twisted ribbing on the cuff keeps the stranded colorwork sock comfortably in place. A reinforced heel flap provides durability, and the gusset decreases on the foot follow the shape of the instep beautifully for a great fit.
Included in the pattern is a duplicate stitch chart, allowing you to color the sock using duplicate stitch in your chosen shades. Separate duplicate stitch charts are provided for both the leg and instep, rendered in the sample colors. You will find the duplicate stitch charts at the end of the pattern file.
